In 2021 Erdelyi started as a Sideline Reporter and fill-in PxP Broadcaster for Penn MBB and WBB. He had the opportunity to cover many different marquee matchups including, Penn vs Temple (Big 5), Penn vs Princeton (3rd Oldest Rivalry in NCAA), and the first-ever Cathederal Classic.

In 2019 Erdelyi started covering Rowan Men's and Women's Basketball. In 2020 Gary became the lead  play-by-play voice of Rowan Men's and Women's Basketball for Rowan Radio being able to cover the Women's team's historic run to the NCAA Tournament. In February 2021 Erdelyi also was  a pre and postgame host/producer for the Delaware Blue Coats, the Philadelphia 76ers G League affiliate.
